Web apps people open from a link, with nothing to install

Think of an order page you share in your WhatsApp status, a member sign-up form that feeds a tidy list, or a sales summary you check on your phone at night. All of them run in the browser, on laptops and phones alike, and are updated in one place — nobody downloads a new version.

Who it suits

A web app usually makes sense when one of these sounds familiar.

  • Outsiders need to reach something of yours

Customers, members, or partners need to browse a catalogue or fill in a form, and you can't ask them to install an app for that.

  • A shared spreadsheet is starting to buckle

Many people edit one file, formulas get overwritten, and nobody knows who changed what. It's ready to become forms with access rights.

  • Your team uses a mix of devices

Some work from laptops, others only carry a phone. A web app serves both from one source, with no separate versions.

  • You need an official page to share

One link that explains your business and points people to contact you — more complete than a social media profile.

What we can build

The shape follows the need; these are the requests we hear most.

  • Business profile page

What you do, what you offer, and a WhatsApp button that opens a chat, light enough to load quickly on a phone.

  • Catalogue and ordering

Products by category with photos and variants; orders from a form land in your list with their status.

  • Members-only area

Pages behind a sign-in: members see their history, download files, or update their details without asking an admin.

  • Owner dashboard

Sales, orders still waiting, and notes from your team summed up on one screen you can open from anywhere.

  • Offer page

A page for one product or event with an interest form, so links in your ads and posts lead somewhere clear.

  • Payments and delivery, only if needed

Connected to payment or delivery services that offer an official connection. If manual transfer still works, we leave it out.

How the process works

Arranged so you can see and try things from the start, not just at the end.

  1. List the pages and who opens them

Together we write down the pages needed, who opens each one, and what they must be able to do there.

  2. A clickable design

Before building, you try the design on your own phone, so page order and content can be corrected while changes are easy.

  3. Built section by section

Each finished section can be tried through a test link, checked on small phone screens and laptops.

  4. Live on your domain name

The app goes live on your business's domain over a secure connection and is handed over with a guide to using it.

What we need from you

These help the first design land close to what you need.

  • The content that will appear

Text about your business, products or services, and photos you may use. Untidy is fine; send it as it is.

  • Sites you enjoy using

Links to other sites you find pleasant to use, and why, so we don't have to guess at your taste.

  • Access to your domain name

Access to your domain's settings, or help from whoever holds them. No domain yet? We help register one in your business's name.

  • One person who decides

Feedback can come from many people, but sign-off on the final content and look should rest with one person so revisions don't go in circles.

Questions about this service

How is a web app different from an ordinary website?

An ordinary website is mostly for reading. A web app also accepts input, stores data, and shows each signed-in person something different, such as their order history.

Can a web app open like an app on a phone?

It can be pinned to the phone's home screen and opened with one tap, without an app store. If you need features only an installed app offers, we explain the difference first.

Who holds the domain name and the data?

The domain is registered in your business's name, and the data belongs to you. If you ever move to someone else, we help hand over access and a copy of the data.
