Registration, queues, and patient records in order, from front desk to exam room
In many clinics, doctors' schedules live in a paper book, appointments are made by phone, and patient files are carried by hand from the front desk to the exam room. We build apps that connect those steps — from the moment a patient registers, waits their turn, and is examined, to the reminder for their next check-up.
Problems we often hear about
Front desk staff usually know exactly where things get stuck, because they're the ones facing patients every day.
Overlapping patient appointments
Bookings are written in a book and in different staff members' chats, so two patients can end up with the same slot for the same doctor.
Medical records still in paper folders
Old patient files have to be dug out of a cabinet, are easily misplaced, and the handwriting is hard to read for another doctor treating the same patient.
Queues pile up in the waiting room
Patients arrive early because they don't know when their turn will come, then keep going back to the front desk to ask.
Follow-up visits get forgotten
Patients who should come back for a check-up or a follow-up vaccination aren't reminded, and only return when their symptoms do.
What we can build
Each part can be used on its own, so the clinic doesn't have to change the way it works all in one go.
Online registration & appointments
Patients pick a doctor and an open slot from their phone; staff see every schedule in one calendar.
Queues with live status
Patients can follow their place in the queue from their phone, so they can wait elsewhere until their turn is near.
Digital patient records
Visit history, diagnoses, and prescriptions are stored neatly and can be opened by authorised doctors from any exam room.
Check-up reminders on WhatsApp
Patients get a reminder message ahead of a check-up or follow-up treatment, without staff having to phone each one.
Medicine and consumables stock
Medicine dispensed on prescription is taken off the stock, and staff are alerted when supplies run low or get close to their expiry date.
Daily visit recap
Visits per doctor and per service are summarised automatically for the clinic owner, with no tallying from the registration book.
How we get started
We schedule our discussions around your practice hours, so patient care isn't disrupted.
A first conversation
We hear the patient's journey from arrival to departure as told by front desk staff, nurses, and doctors, because each of them sees different bottlenecks.
Agreeing on the scope
We agree which part comes first, who is allowed to see patient data, and what information needs to be recorded at each visit.
Building in stages
We usually start with registration and queues, and patient records follow once staff are used to them. Each stage is tried during quieter practice hours first.
Questions people often ask
How is patient data kept confidential?
Access is set by role: registration staff, nurses, and doctors only see the parts that are actually their job. Where the data is stored and how it's backed up is discussed and agreed with you before the app goes into use.
Do patients have to install an app?
No. Registration and queue tracking can be opened from a phone browser or through a link on WhatsApp, so even elderly patients don't need to download anything.
Our clinic has several doctors and departments. Can that be handled?
Yes. Schedules, queues, and records are kept separate for each doctor and department, while the clinic owner can still see the overall picture.
Tell us where your patients wait the longest
At registration, outside the exam room, or while collecting medicine — tell us on WhatsApp, and we'll help plan a first step that doesn't get in the way of patient care.
